Attention to the environment is a topic of great importance, which materialized in May 2023 with the construction of a photovoltaic system aimed at contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions and the use of renewable energy sources.
The photovoltaic system represents an important step towards sustainability and energy efficiency. Sperotto's objective is to continue to carefully monitor the plant to maximize the environmental and operational benefits, confirming its concrete commitment to a more sustainable future.
Even when selecting suppliers, the company pays great attention to the type of packaging adopted, preferring reusable and recyclable solutions in order to reduce the use of disposable materials as much as possible. We have implemented a rigorous waste management system focused on careful separation, maximum recycling and reducing waste to minimum levels.
Waste disposal
The management of waste resulting from its production cycles occurs with care and attention by dividing the different materials and sending them for recovery and recycling. Where recycling is not possible, the waste is taken to special treatment centres, with particular attention to any dangerous waste to ensure correct disposal.
ESG Criteria Particular attention is paid to the principles of corporate governance, pursuing with determination the objectives of transparency, ethics and compliance with regulations at all levels, in line with ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria.
